CONNECTION, NOT PERFECTION
‘Harmony at Home’ - Parenting+ Support
In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I have trained to be a Parent Educator with The Parent Practice and offer parents the opportunity to explore the content of the ‘Harmony at Home’ course. This course has been refined by The Parent Practice over the past 16 years, and has changed the lives of many families for the better. I offer this course on a 1-1 basis only, which allows me to focus on each family and their particular set of circumstances.
Parenting is incredibly challenging, and you may feel that your child is being difficult, that you cannot understand their behaviour, that your home life is not a happy place.
Whilst therapy would help make sense of your feelings, this six-week course will provide you with practical, highly effective tools and techniques to use at home.
The Parent Practice brand is well established, and one of the first UK parenting programs to receive the CANPARENT government accreditation. It has a reputation based on quality, trust, and professionalism.
This is a one-to-one support course (I do not offer group courses) so that parents can focus on their own family and children. We meet at the same time each week for a period of six weeks, for one hour sessions. There will be some reading to do beforehand.

How it works
The process begins with a short Exploratory call, which I offer free of charge. This is so you can ask any questions you have about the course, and determine if it is right for you and your family.
If it is decided you would like to go ahead, we will arrange a Zoom Consultation of 75 minutes. During this, I will take a detailed history of your family/presenting issues, provide more information about the course and we will agree the dates/times for your six sessions. The Consultation is charged at a set fee of £150, and there is absolutely no obligation to go ahead with the course if at this stage you change your mind.
Thereafter, the six-weekly zoom sessions are charged at £120 per session. Sessions are available from September.
